» CONTRACT
. . These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the customer and Paletti AG.
. . The basis of the contract is the written reservation confirmation received by the customer via email from Restaurant Rosso.

. . As soon as the group reservation (including the definitive number of persons, the choice of menu option, the details of the number of vegetarians/vegans or other intolerances) has been confirmed by email by Restaurant Rosso, the reservation is binding.

» CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
. . We ask the customer to inform us of any cancellation or other changes to the reservation in good time, at the latest between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the reserved day, in writing. In emergencies, we can also be reached by telephone.

. . In the case of a no-show without timely cancellation, we will debit a fee of CHF 30.- per person on your credit card.
